Small wonder so many get frostbitten amidst the winter of their discontent.
Whether early school day dismissals, sick children, elderly parents, the issues of caregiving versus providing financially for home and hearth involve hard and often heart-wrenching decisions, immeasurable patience and a whole lot of faith and fortitude…Certainly our personal choices do not reach the levels of those in the realm of national politics, but they are no less important.
It’s time to break through, move on and move up. Or MOVE OVER while life passes you by! “I’d rather have thirty minutes of wonderful than a lifetime of nothing special.”
It is normal to look back at what we did, how we did and, frankly, how we survived!
We are to lighten the paths of others, especially in times of great darkness….we can only truly value the light when we’ve experienced darkness.
When life’s circumstances surprise, overwhelm, consume and move to control, you can be sure fear is at the heart of the chaos….. We are born with just two fears….
I admit to being somewhat of a Reality TV follower. It gets a deserved bum rap at times.
