All this fast living has made us into an impatient people who are fearful and frustrated with uncertainty and all things we cannot control.
There are valuable lessons to be learned and blessings to behold through the gifts of the present if you’ll just embrace patience, uncertainty, surrender and that four-letter word we all hate, WAIT!
In the WAIT through uncertainty are the blessings of ROMANCE, MYSTERY, JOY, REVELATION, and DESTINY.
It’s better to burn out like a brilliant comet than to rust out like an unused pipe.
This happy man placed service before self and, no doubt, understood his impact on the mundane multitudes he briefly encountered each day.
It’s really important that we don’t allow the tough times to rob us of the joy and essence of living.
